During the summer of 2018, while on a month-long visit with Lydia on Cape Cod, I recorded several video Q&A segments. I had the time and space to really think about the questions, as well as my responses, which I actually fully scripted before hitting the record button.
Below is my reply to a question sent in from Israel by Ori, in which he asks an age-old question: "What is the role of a Yoga practice in everyday life?"
