Two weeks ago, I posted about how "The #1 Yoga Book on Amazon is an AI Fraud."
Based on the engagement I've been tracking on social media, it's safe to say it created a bit of a stir. One of the many people who paid attention to that story was my old friend J. Brown, who has been producing his "J. Brown Yoga Talks Podcast" for the last ten years. I've been a guest on the show several times before, and last week J. asked me to come on again to talk about the Chair Yoga fraud on Amazon, and about the use of AI in general.
As usual, J. and I had a lively conversation in which we challenged each other's viewpoints regarding both the positive and negative implications of this powerful technology.
